20 Dialogues
in 20 Days
PROGRESS REPORT
Here is a suggested outline
to use, (partially or fully,) to help you post to the 20
Dialogues Group at Yahoo. One way would be to copy the
questions below, fill in whatever answers you wish, and either
. . .
Email
them
OR . . . Post online at:
20
Dialogues Group (#61).
See a sample Progress Report completed
by a wife from a prior workshop.

you begun the 20 Dialogues? Yes
2. About
how many have you done?
We have dialogued daily and seem to be doing quite well with
the mirroring

a day or skipping some days? Are you doing more than one on
some days to catch up? We
are doing at least one a day but sometimes more.
3. Are you using the Dialogue
as you go through them? Yes
but I think we still need to work. I am reflecting back on
my workbook for guidance.
4. When do you tend to do
your dialogues? Do you ever do them on the phone? Via Email?
IMing? We
dialogue in the evening when we are face to face as well as
during the day on the telephone.

30 min.
6. Are
there any questions so far that you have particularly liked?

on track? If so, how have you done that? We
get off path easily but usually (my husband) reigns it back
in.

your relationship or yourselves as individuals? not
yet. We are too distracted with getting ready for my upcoming

your participation is having on your relationship?
There is definitely a positive
effect. I see that each of us have a deeper commitment and
a true caring for one another.
11. How is it effecting how you feel toward your partner?
I feel more understanding. I don’t judge as quickly.
12. Have you had any particular
problems with the Dialogue?
No. The dialogue seems to keep us calmer and more willing
to let the other speak and be heard.
13. Can you share a Dialogue
experience you've had so far?
Not yet. I just wanted to get something out to you to let
you know that we are doing ok.
