WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
(Early registration is encouraged as space is limited.)

The cost of the workshop is $700 per couple.  A deposit of $250 will reserve a place for you. While checks are preferred, Visa & Master Card are accepted. (Sorry, no Am Exp.)


3 STEPS TO REGISTER:

3.  Mail, Fax or Email the form and your deposit ($250) to us. (See below.)

• Email:  If you wish, you may make a PDF copy of this page and email it to me.  I would not recommend including credit card information in an email, however.  When choosing the email option, I suggest you mail your check or leave your credit card information on my private voicemail at 713.660.9988.

LATE REGISTRATION

When registering during the week preceeding the workshop, I ask that you provide me with a credit card number (via fax or voice mail) to reserve your spot. (Your card will not be processsed until the workshop begins.)

When you arrive at the workshop, your card will be processed. If, at that time, you feel comfortable giving a check, that option would be preferred. Otherwise, you are welcome to use your card.

Cancellation Policy:

      If you cancel 8 days or more prior to the workshop, your deposit, minus a $75 fee, will be refunded.  No refunds if:  A) You cancel 7 days or less before the workshop. B) You do not attend.  C) You do not complete the workshop. 

      Deposits may be transferred to another workshop within six months.


Workshop Guarantee:

     If, at the end of this weekend, you feel that the information, experiences and tools you have received have not been of benefit to you, your money (minus the cost of your workbooks,) will be refunded!
